Attractive and Unique

This microwave boasts some unique features that set it above many other models. The crisper tray and grilling element work well; that was one of the main reasons I chose it. The unit is easy to keep clean, and doesn't leave too big a footprint on your counter top. The only way this microwave disappointed was in its power level. It heats evenly, but slowly. This Samsung replaced an old 1100 watt microwave that bit the dust, and apparently 100 watts makes a difference, because the Samsung takes noticeably longer just to heat/cook food - its primary purpose. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it. I just wish the wattage was as top-notch as its other features.

This review is tentative because product is too new, but I do love the eco and sound options that allow energy saving while not in use and best of all the awful beep is easily made to go away.
It is slippery on the counter top, the little feet should have a non-skid surface added to them. I would have preferred a light colored interior for improved visibility while in operation, but this is definitely not a deal breaker.
Pros: eco and sound buttons
Cons: slippery feet

This microwave was purchased new online. Packaged well and luckily, no damage in transport. We have yet to use all of the available functions, have had it for only a few months. However, we're enjoying it overall. The only suggestion I would have for Samsung in regards to this product would be to include a better owner's manual that is written concisely and maybe a little better presentation with it. Example, the auto defrost feature section does not note that maximum weight limit is 3.5 lbs. Would have been nice to find that detailed in the manual instead of having to go online and find out if my microwave was broken because it would not accept input of higher value. I was preparing to ask for a service call because I thought it was an equipment failure. Other than that, I enjoy Samsung and think their products are well-made overall.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight, ceramic interior is nice for cleaning, eco feature, reliability
Cons: poorly written owners manual

Great Looking Microwave With many features for the money!

So far I've only had the unit a few days. But for the money, your wont get a better looking, feature rich appliance for the money. All I really need is a basic microwave, but since i had other Samsung appliances I decided to get this to match, as well as i liked the idea of the "grill Feature'' I am very happy that I did, if for no other reason, the microwave looks very "high end". I will update review with any extra pros and cons down the road.
Pros: high end look

A fitting microwave

We needed a new microwave to replace the old one and was constricted by size. This Samsung microwave is an upgrade from our previous one - but fits in nicely and looks attractive in the space. I have only used the microwave for basic features -- and time will tell whether the "grill" feature is one that I will put to use.
Pros: Bright display

Have only had it a few days but so far it seems excellent - nice features which will take a while to learn. Love the idea of the grill, and the interior looks more durable than ones I have had before.
