This microwave has been awful in the 2 months I have owned it. Within 30 days, the interior lights to the microwave went out. Now 2 months in, the microwave is making weird noises after repeated use and sounds like it is on the verge of bursting into flames. This microwave was expensive and may barely last 3 months. Awful product.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, lights went out within 30 data

I was interested in the microwave because of the ceramic coated interior is supposed to be more durable, the item was on sale for a good price and I had a rewards coupon.
I bought it yesterday and was able to try the 'crisper plate' and combination micro/grill function today to make bacon and eggs.....
DID NOT WORK AT ALL AS EXPECTED!
I followed the directions to the letter and ended up going back to the iron skillet for the eggs and cooked the bacon on a regular plate on high. I had to feed the microwaved 2 eggs to the dog, after 6 minutes the yolks were still raw but the whites were rubbery. I had cooked the bacon for about 8 minutes and it was just rubbery but not all the way done. I tried it on the turntable and up on the grill insert but neither seems to have worked.
As a regular microwave unit, it seems to work ok, heats liquids in regular amount of time. , reheated a dinner plate in 1.5 minutes. I do like the ECO mode, it works easily- as long as you remember to hit the ECO button after each use as opening the door turns it off.
I'll give the popcorn and potato buttons a try later in the week and if it doesn't work then I'll return the unit. as it isnt' worth the purchase price.
Pros: Durable, ceramic coated interior, eco mode
Cons: Did not meet expectations, crisping option not working as advertised, combination grill/cook isn't working as adverstise

Design flaws

The buttons to operate the microwave a very difficult to push. I will probably have to return this item to the store because of this flaw. It would be nice if this oven included an add-a minute feature.

Grill/Combi Features Confusing

Totally confused by instructions of how to use "grill" feature in combination with "combi" features. Instructions say to use high metal rack but also cautions not to use metal objects when using microwave function.

As per checking, you need to use microwave-safe and oven-proof cookware. Glass or ceramic dishes are ideal as they allow the microwaves to penetrate the food evenly. You can also use the metal/grill rack for grill and combination cooking.

It's very odd for a Samsung electronic product (a company I consider top quality), to have a product that failed within 2 months of use.
