This was a gift from my husband. We needed a new microwave since the prior was so old. I found the power to be excellent. There is a little learning curve with the new microwave but that's expected. Everything heats up just great.
One problem I did have is when we unpacked the crusty plate I noticed it to be bent. For the price of the machine I expected all parts to be perfect.
Other reviews did mention there was no interior light. However model #MG11H2020CT does have interior light and lights up when cooking.
Overall a great buy.

The microwave has a grill and the plate to use the grill. It is great! The ceramic inside makes the microwave heat evenly and fast.

I had been doing research and shopping at various stores for a microwave when I found this one. This Samsung microwave is attractive in design, has ceramic inside and also has a
grill mode. It is powerful for the size and heats food quickly. I like the blue light for the clock.
I also found this microwave had the best price for value and size compared to the other brands
and am very happy with my purchase. As I look around my house I found I have slowly but surely replaced all my appliances and electronics with Samsung and the only thing I am missing is a

I like the looks of this Samsung Microwave. The microwave itself seems to be durable and it is very easy to use. This is a great replacement for my old microwave. Inside the oven it is made of ceramic and has a grill on the ceiling of the cavity for browning. It also has a "crusty plate" for your use to make food more crispy, if desired. I did not have either of these features in my last microwave but am totally enjoying both, along with the many other features included. I especially like the button for soften/melt and the button for kids foods. The only thing I was concerned with was clean up for the grill heating element inside. The instructions for this task were absent in the overall instructions. I did purchase a food cover to place over foods when microwaving (without grilling) in order to avoid any unnecessary splatters (note: this cannot be used when grilling). However, I am quite satisfied with the performance of this appliance and with the many extra features on this microwave, purchased at a reasonable price.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, sleek design of stainless
Cons: no instruction to clean grill heating element

Samsung has time and again come through with an affordable, well designed and otherwise a quality product. I love the fact you can cook something with the Microwave and brown it in this unit alone. Most of our household electronics are Samsung and there is a good reason for that, Quality Products.
