I'm pleased with this microwave, great design, performance and the grilling feature.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: no power touch buttons

Under warranty -Replaced high limit stat on magnetron tube and corrected burnt wire to stat also. I had to travel 22miles on several highays to fix it, and it was too heavy for me to lift to my trunk. Had to get someone to put it in and take it back into my kitchen.
Pros: it grills as well as microwaves!
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, it broke down in 8months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Microwave

Excellent little microwave. The interior is big enough to hold big containers. Great features and good looking. The only con is that it is a bit noisy but not a big deal.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: noisy

TWO FOR ONE - GREAT FEATURES

The microwave and grilling options in one was what I was looking for in a microwave - no more reheating soft pizza! One design modification recommendation would be a flat wall plug.
Pros: dual feature - microwave and grill
Cons: flat plug would be a great addition

Not expensive, but not cheep

Needed a new microwave due to our other one started arcing. Checked out a couple of stores including Store X (can't use real name). We ended up back at Store X, because they had a large quantity of different microwaves and there cost comparison was really good. We bought the Samsung because it fit all of our family needs. The unit was not the most expensive one on the shelf, but not the cheapest one either. The Samsung is a mid prise range until with great reviews, and we were able to get an extended warranty that was reasonable. The unit is very user friendly with easy to read buttons, and has a feature to disable the beeping.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The instruction manual could be better and easier to understand...otherwise so far so good. Works great...hopefully it will last a long time!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

After warranty, so not going to get it replaced or repaired but this model will continue to operate when the time is up, even after the door is opened! don't buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i loved this microwave. it looked beautiful in my kitchen and exceeded expectations for microwaving and the grilling feature. and then, a few months shy of two years, it stopped working.
