We do lose items behind those up front. The water filter is a little difficult but workable. All and all we are happy with our purchase.

The fridge has been a challenge since purchased. The ice maker did not work when we first tried to use it.. LG replaced it twice and still does not work to this day. Naturally, is out of warranty now. The compressor quit working 2.9 years from the date of purchase, but it was under warranty and LG replaced it without cost. The water filter's sensor does not work, it constantly blinks even if a new filter is replaced and the button reset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge and all the matching appliances more than four years ago. They have all been great. We don’t love how the stainless steel shows fingerprints so clearly. And if you don’t use the ice maker for a couple weeks (like when you’re on vacation) the ice gets stuck and you have to open it up and break it up a bit. When we did have trouble with it not cooling LG really stood behind their product and took care of it for us,
