21 Days without a refrigerator. Second time in 5 years it broke. Terribly inconvenient to say the least.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for 2 1/2 years, but he compressor died on 9/17/2021. We lost a couple of hundred dollars of food. It is a good thing this model has been discontinued.

Technician came home and repaired the refrigerator (specifically freezer). Technician was very professional - gave information prior to diagnosis, and explained the problem clearly after the diagnosis. Fixed the issue by replacing the compressor. Very friendly and addressed all our concerns very patiently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator since 2015 it was working beautifully until Oct 4th 2021 The freezer stopped working ugh I had expected it to last for a long time. We had done everything we can to get it working again. Took apart the back lower panel and cleaned out the area and the coils to see if that was the reason unplugged fridge for 24 hours nothing . So now we have an expensive fridge that is now useless. All my frozen food spoiled hundreds of dollars worth of meat gone!!! Soooo disappointed in this fridge. Won't buy LG and of course our extended warranty expired of course.
