[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace same LG that was only 5 year old as compressor failed. Like the roominess of this smaller unit, but would like larger/longer crisper drawers and smaller door shelf’s.

Fortunately a large lawsuit helped reimburse most of the costs of repair and lost food. Only got 2 stars due to a good repair guy covered under the forced warranty LG had to provide due to the lawsuit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our fridge slowly stopped making ice then stopped cooling properly. LG sent a repair company to fix it. 3.5 weeks later, they’ve replaced the condenser coil, the condenser, and the compressor as well as downloaded new software and the unit works again. In the meantime, we have been living out of a cooler and a mini fridge. Not fun. Thankful that the 5 year warranty covered the repairs, though.
