[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this fridge almost 5 years, and as with our prior LG, the icemaker went out. Since we'd had this happen with the prior LG, we didn't act right away, and then a few days later realized the entire freezer was no longer keeping things frozen. It wasn't the icemaker, it was the condenser. When the repair guy showed up he told us he replaced lots of these every week. So it seems like maybe there's a faulty something here. He suggested maybe our fridge doesn't have enough circulation around it (it's a built-in), but I still think that a lot of fridges are built in and it shouldn't have such a faulty problem. Guessing that in another 5 years we'll probably run into this again. :(

We are very sad that all our expensive organic foods inside of the refrigerator,were all spoiled & waisted.
