Mostly pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My New Refrigerator was delivered February 15th, 4 days ago. I love all of the space in bottom freezer and inside refrigerator. And easy access to everything. But unfortunately, the ice maker is barely making ice after 4 days and the water comes out of dispenser so slow that it takes a full two minutes to fill up large coffee cup of water. Two days after delivery I had the service guys come from place I purchased it from to make sure water pipes where installed properly in basement and all settings where set optimally for proper functions of Ice Maker and Water dispenser. And it didn't help at all. I will call them again tomorrow as well as calling the LG number to have cell transmission sent to see if they can trouble shout the problem.

I have owned a bottom freezer unit in the past and truly missed having this feature since my move in 2013. My mother has a similar model as the one I just purchased and I really liked the way the unit is organized...having organizational OCD this was a bonus! Not to mention the quietness of the linear compressor and having the water/ice maker on the outside of the door. With the amount of water is consumed in my household it will see it's fair share of use. I'm completely satisfied with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the design of this refrigerator. Easy to use compared to the side-by-side I had before. Glad I got a French door with ice and water dispenser in the door. Had to play with the temperature to get the ice maker to produce enough ice without freezing my strawberries. I found -4 degrees to work best. I've had it about 9 months and overall very pleased with my purchase.

Great Refrigerator!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge for 2 weeks, and we ar so pleased for the amount of space and storage, the display screen looks so good, freeze enough for what we need, kids stuff we place it on the top drawer and anythin else on the bottom one, is a quiet fridge, appearance is neat!

Ice Maker design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just installed this new refrigerator. We have never had an ice and water dispenser in the door before. The water spout location is poorly designed. If the water misses the glass it goes on the floor and not the catch tray. If you follow the instructions in the manual and you have a thick rimmed glass the water hits the rim. I can adjust the location of the glass to make this work, but I can see that when my grandchildren come to visit I’ll need to put a towel on the floor.
