[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am giving this refrigerator three out of five stars. I love the extra drawer to put things and the size of this large refrigerator. It is not without issues shortly before warranty ended (thank god) It needed a new condenser, which was covered. Now the ice maker has stopped working after installing a new water filter. We have tried to reset it, hear the coil thinking maybe it got frozen, nothing works to get ice again.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this unit failed to freeze. calles LG. the unit is under half warranty only parts cover after 5 years of 10 years warranty. not happy about this not cover all. i guess i failed to ready the fine print. but the tech came in and got fixed an excellent tech very professional and clean

I bought this refrigerator slightly over 5 years ago. The compressor failed almost 5 years to the day. Then, at approximately 5 years and 2 months of ownership the flap in the French door broke. I am disappointed in the build quality of this fridge. I do not recommend this refrigerator.

Looks good. Only issue is that the shelving are not very adjustable. Need to store large milk . juice etc on door not on shelves

We have had more problems with it than any before. When we got it we had electric board problems. We had ice marker fail. We had the ice marker leak 3 different time. We had the compressor go out. It is a good thing we had extended warranty.
