Ability to easily access multiple items with the dual freezer drawers is wonderful. Only issues was condenser stopped working and the unit wasn't cooling but LG got it fixed and it's working great again.

I came home from work and noticed that things were thawing out in the freezer. Thank goodness for the 10 year parts warranty, I was able to call and the are sending a new compressor. The refrigerator stayed cold for another day or so. I will be happy again once it is fixed. I miss the days when appliances lasted a lot longer before having something go wrong with them
