It was very noisy so bought LG, like daughter in law has, for new house & it's so quiet! I love it also for the four doors-when I only need some items that I use often (like ice cream) i only need to
open the top drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the LG French door refrigerator for more than 7 months. Even after a trip to the farmers' market, we are amazed at how it holds so much and with a view to it all. We particularly like the way the bottom freezer is designed with a top drawer. And the rack in the refrigerator pushes back to accommodate tall bottles. We use the middle drawer for deli or, more often, for extra vegetables. There are settings to allow switching.So far, the only thing we are not so sure about, is that camera in the door. (Taped over unless I need it for support.).
Pros: Style/Design, Quality, easy to use

Icemaker Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator itself would rate a 4 to 4.5 but the issues with the ice maker are why I rated it 3 stars. As far as keeping fruits and veggies fresh, this is by far the best refrigerator I have owned. It is well organized and suits our downsized family of 2. When the kids come to visit though we definitely would like more room. We are glad we kept our old fridge for overflow usually beverages. This issue with the ice maker is that you can't use the crushed ice feature as it creates a huge blockage of ice in the shoot that will not let the ice flow nor can you easily remove the ice compartment to get to the ice that way. We stopped using the crushed ice as well as cube flow through the shoot and it still becomes blocked with ice that has melted and refrozen in a huge chunk. You have to take a knife to go up the shoot and chip away at the ice as well as chipping away at it at the base of the ice tray. It makes a huge watery mess that is irritating to deal with. I searched for answers and found that it the door is not latched "correctly" the ice begins to melt. We always double check now to make sure it is completely latched and we still have the same issues. For some reason the seal or in door design just doesn't work. We have started buying bags of ice at the grocery which is so frustrating after recently purchasing this expensive fridge.

Good refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator last year. I loved the look of it, the size of the shelves. It is a great refrigerator and I do like the two drawer freezer section which gives you plenty of room. My only complaint is the Ice bin doesn't hold much and once emptied it takes a while to fill back up even on the higher speed for ice. I do love the refrigerator and would recommend it to family and friends.

Nice Room and features

My only two complaints- 1. you can't turn off ALL(most but not all) the exterior display lights. Just know I hate all display lights once a appliance is not in use. 2. The exterior water drinking dispenser is not easy to use, like several reviewers said, but for me not enough to change my mind on recommending it.

Good Solid Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge for a month. It runs very quiet and has a lot of space inside. The "ultra ice" feature which is supposed to speed up ice making doesn't work that quickly, but we didn't really buy it for this feature. I like the double freezer drawers, but the bottom one does not light up, so it is better for items that you don't access that often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful appearance. Wonderful features. Notice all the comments re: not enough ice ... the top drawer has an ice bin. I simply fill a glass of ice several times daily & put the ice cubes in the drawer ice bin. Never run out. My only annoyance is the top freezer drawer has to be held open. Makes it a little difficult to get out what you want while holding the drawer open. The bottom drawer stays open for easier loading, unloading. Haven't found a good stainless steel cleaning product that doesn't leave an oily film. Have switched to Dawn & a microfiber cloth, rinsing well & drying. Overall I love, love, love my new fridge!
