[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THESE WERE GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH AT LG. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, UNDERSTANDING, HONEST AND ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME FOR THE REPAIR. THEY COVERED ALL COST INCLUDING THE PARTS AND LABOR AND OFFERED TO COME BACK FOR FREE IF THERE WERE ANY OTHER PROBLEMS BUT IT RUNS GREAT NOW WITH NO ISSUES. I WILL DEFINITELY BUY THERE PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE KNOWING THEY BACK THEM UP.
