Awful and returning

This stupid pump to get steam this is ridiculous. I have a shark se200 which I love but it now has a mind of its own and turns off and on as it pleases so I was looking for a replacement. I sat for 30 minutes "mopping" but nothing was happening there was steam but the pad wasn't even wet and my floors were still dirty. Maybe user error but I much prefer an on off switch rather than pumping to produce steam. This is going back to the store.

Bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law as a replacement and she RAVES about it! I cannot wait to get one of my own. It beats getting on your hands and knees for a deep clean of the floor. I have a competitors brand but it doesn't have the steam feature.
Best Buy had the price beat over several department stores and I am a huge fan of Shark Products. I have a handheld mini-vac and its been running like a champ for years.

I have a one bedroom apartment with all hardwood floors, so it's perfect to store and just use it around the place without dealing with a bulky machine.
Not sure how well it does in a bigger area, but for a low profile vacuum, has a result and helps me clean my place quite easily.
