It works great on tiles. Have used it twice and i could see the tiles changing back to its original color and the dirt picked up on the pads. Excellent! Good quality.

Saw this mop on tv. Shopped all over to try and buy it, found it in bestbuy. Used it on my kitchen floor did not see much of a difference. Uses distilled water and no chemicles. I Think I may try to return it not worth the money.
What's great about it: floor dries quickly
What's not so great: dosn't clean very well
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It seemed like it did a good job on the top surface, however my flloor has texture to it. Deep down my flloor still looked dirty. Also seemed to leave a dull look to my floor. I returned mine to the store, not impressed!
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: If your floor has alot of texture it doesn't seem to clean deep down

This is a great buy! Will be the last mop I ever have to buy. On top of that, it is great knowing that the power of steam is sanitizing my floors as I mop so no need for harsh chemicals, especially with having the little ones running around. Thanks Best Buy, and Shark.

This is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever allowed to come into my house..... My husband made the mistake of buying this piece of junk. If I was with him, this piece of garbage would have NEVER left the store!!!! I wouldn't recommend this to a family of RATS!!!!! Much less anyone I know. Talk about a HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! ITS GOING BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
