This stand mixer is awesome. Makes it so easy to bake, cook, make breads, etc. I have made, cakes, cookies, pizza dough, and breadsticks so far and all have been very easy. Overall a great mixer but needed something with more power. Didn't realize how important the wattage was making breads or dough recipes. Can handle making a batch but you can feel how hot the motor gets when done. May need to upgrade to something more powerful but should do the job perfectly for cookies, icing, etc...

i make cookies all the time and it is so much easier and faster when I use a mixer like this. My last mixer lasted 3 years and it was time for a new one that matches my kitchen color. This mixer is larger and I love the splash guard when I am adding the flour. A must have for a baker.
