My husband loves to bake and has been using Kitchen aid mixer for a very long time. His mother also loved cooking and baking. She had a family restaurant before. She had many uses for her kitchen aid mixer. Now our daughter started loving to bake so we gifted her with her own Kitchen aid mixer. Our 2 yr old grandson enjoys watching grandpa prepare the dough. I have been baking a lot and got tired of my handmixer so I purchased this appliance. I feel like I free up so much time with this appliance. I can start it, wipe down my area and wash out bowls while waiting. It's very quiet and strong. I do recommend purchasing an extra bowl and the rubber paddle.
