I love my stand mixer! It really simplifies baking. I scrape the sides only rarely because it manages to mix everything. It is very heavy duty too and doesn't object as I add dry ingredients. Tomorrow I am using it to knead Brioche bread.
The mixer is really easy to clean too. It just goes in the dishwasher.

Absolutely love! My husband was upset but I teased him and said it’s gluten free bread baby. He just chuckled and said yea. I’ve made my gluten free bread and gluten free cookies in it. I have Celiac and it is so much cheaper to make than to buy already made in store. You will love it if you buy it!
