Bait and switch sales exchange

Bought this item for my wife for Christmas. I bought the wrong color. When we tried to exchange it for the color she wanted, we were told we would have to pay the new price which is over $120 more. Contacted customer service who gave us the run around and then said to go back to the store just to repeat the process. The color makes the model number different. So essentially Best Buy’s exchange policy is a lie. Their sales are a bait and switch. I even have screen shots of the chat saying the store had some we could exchange but it turned out to not be true. No wonder stores keep closing.

I love my KitchenAid. The best money I’ve spent in a really long time. I’d been contemplating this purchase for some time and I finally did it as a gift to myself.
