Just what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new Kitchenaid Artisan stand mixer to replace my 20 year old one that I lent to a "friend", who somehow managed to "lose it". Heartbroken, I determined to replace it as soon as possible. I haven't done much with it yet, but now that I am retired I expect to be doing a lot of home cooking and baking, and it feels wonderful to have this mixer back in my arsenal. Hand mixing is too much at my age, and I really missed my old one, a birthday gift I had presented to my late husband, also a passionate cook. There should be a Kitchenaid mixer in every kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as an early Christmas present from my boyfriend and I’ve been using it for the past few weeks. I’ve made cake batter, frosting, and even bread dough with it so far. I plan on using it for more different recipes. I love it!

I received this as a gift at my bridal shower and have already used it for making cupcakes and buttercream frosting. Making frosting is SO much easier now than it was with a hand mixer! I'm excited to try some of the other attachments and see what else my KA can do. Bonus - the Boysenberry color is GORGEOUS!
