A couple big flaws which make it or not good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The metal plate that sits over the spot where you add attachments will not stay on the mixer. Anytime I turn the mixer on it basically rattles the entire time. The strongest power and the one under that are the same, they don’t differ in anyway.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this in my cupboard for years. I have no idea why I waited so long to bring it out. It cuts down in preparation time and makes baking so much easier. I am looking forward to trying so many new things with my mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best mixer I have ever owned! It is quieter than my previous mixers, and I was expecting loud. Most everything mixes together on stir or a little higher. Rarely any bowl scraping. Large 5 quart bowl does small and large jobs! I was afraid to buy this mixer because it weighs 23 lbs. and I had heard KitchenAid mixers were loud. I keep it on my counter and have no problem lifting it to get it to another counter. Just be aware it is heavy if you can't lift over 20 lbs. If you buy this Artisan 5 quart mixer you will be happy, happy, happy.
