[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and have only used it once so far. I used my roommate’s KitchenAid for the last 5 years, so when I moved out a hand mixer just wouldn’t cut it anymore and I bought one just in time for making Christmas cookies. I love the color and everything works well, but I gave 4 stars only for now because the pouring shield that came with it doesn’t sit correctly on the bowl and falls off into the bowl while the mixer is running (which was a nuisance and possibly a hazard trying to make cookies). Customer service was very responsive when I called and will be sending me a new one. It’ll come after all of my Christmas baking is done, which is a disappointment, but if the replacement works correctly- I’d make this a 5-star review.

Best mixer ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised that this mixer came with the pouring shield. The last time I purchased a KitchenAid stand mixer, I had to purchase the pouring shield separately. With this mixer, I make the softest chocolate chip cookies ever. YUM!

Every year I host a cookie day of baking with the ladies in my family and I’ve always ever used a hand mixer for dough. Holy cow! What a life saver and timesaver this appliance is. I LOVE it. Now I can’t wait to get more attachments to make more things.

I made the fudge brownies from the recipe book that came with it and they were PERFECT. It’s so easy to use and I can’t wait to buy more accessories to make fun things like pasta!
