Not Up To Standards

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get this item. When I received it I was happy with the functionality and sound. It appeared to meet expectations relative to the brand and the price. However, within about 9 months the unit started having issues and was constantly losing connection then reconnecting. After dealing with this I filed a claim against the warranty.
That was a problem all by itself. I had to return the unit prior to a replacement being sent. I have been used to simultaneous exchanges or getting the new unit and then returning. An inconvenience but I dealt with it.
Since receiving the replacement, I have only used it twice. IN both instances the unit has failed to work properly. Again, contently disconnecting and connecting during my walks creating an environment that renders the unit basically unusable. This is too expensive an item to have to deal with these type of issues.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the headset December 24 and by following April 24 (4 month later) the headset cracked and would not stay connected. I am the type of person who takes care of my phone and the accessories. I upgrade my cell phones only because they are obsolete.

Ear Buds went out

Within the first couple of months, the sound degraded and now the right ear bud went out. It crackles in sometimes but I cannot use the right earbud. I was excited about the features. Bluetooth. Retractable earbuds. sound quality.
