[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this In October 2016, It worked good for a while, Sometimes it stops working and says it is looking for a connection when I am sitting directly in front of my computer. When it works it has wonderful sound. It is light weight and comfortable. I sometimes forget i even have it on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought mine 2 years ago. And i absolutely love them. The sound and the bass is a 10 i love the bass in them they thump like an actual Stereo. I love everything about these bluetooth headsets. I dont want another pair.

Nice Features / Not very durable

Bought these awhile back, and they have performed very nicely. Recently the right side earbud is much much quieter than the left. Very annoying.

Retracter none repairable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this like 7 months ago, and unfortunatly the left side of the retracter is not working. I contacted lg and unfortunately its not covered under the warranty and parts are not available. I really like the product and the convenience of the retractor, however it does not last long as expected. I hope LG will come up wiht spare parts on these products.
