Quality that doesnt last

falls apart fast and keeps restarting

I got these 3 months ago. The neck ban is coming apart in the back already at the seams. It keeps disconnecting from the phone and says power on connected at irregular intervals. No water or sweat damage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Retractible Feature Only Good Thing

I purchased this model thinking since it's so much more expensive than the LG Tone Pro it would have much better sound and the retracting earbuds made it extremely attractive. I have had LG's bluetooth that goes around your neck since it first came out. Between me and my husband, we've had at least 8 of this style bluetooth for ourselves and given many as gifts for friends. The only thing different about the HBS900 is the retractable earbuds and different housing, and probably a little better call quality and noise reduction than the base model. But certainly not worth more than twice the price if you ask me and I have 3 of the HBS900. Plus I keep having to send them back under warranty because 2 of them had one side lose sound and now my 3rd is not retracting all the way on one side. I have to say though........LG has been good about replacing them.

the new lg hbs-900 has good bluetooth reception

This device is much better than the last one (the ultra) reception is much better when its in my back pocket.The only worry I have is the wire to the ear bud is very thin.

Cool retractors

Third pair. First I bought the "Pro's" and they worked great but I took them back in exchange for the "Ultra's". The only reason they were returned was that they stopped working with my phone. Then I figured out that it was the phone (those hated updates!) I had the Ultra's for two weeks and was thinking of buying a pair for my wife when we were out at an appointment. As I rested and leand back in a chair. The headset slip off and I had not realize it, only to be lost. The only other problem with the Ultras is the buds not seating well. The wire coming out the side interferes with the well it seats in. My wife loved them. The "Infinims" are great. I hated to spend the money on another set, but i did. A lot better band around the neck now they wont fall off, and still very comfortable. Love the retractors. Great job everyone!! so far no issues.

I bought this headset and it worked great for all of two months. Then the on button wouldn't work properly. It kept turning the headset on and off, needless to say that was extremely irrating.

So Done With Infinims!

I've owned every model of the LG Tones since they came out. LG has increased performance, functionality and style with each model so naturally, I decided to buy the HBS-900s. I've had 2 pairs of Infinims over the last year, one red and one black. I must admit I really enjoyed the Infinims, while they worked. I experienced volume problems with the red pair and thought it was a fluke so I ordered them in Black. While on vacation, the left retractable earpiece got stuck and instead of forcing it, I periodically tried to ease the bud out. On the third day, it released; unfortunately, there was no sound in that earbud. I love the LG Tones but am giving up on the Infinims and will be trying the HBS-810s as I have faith that LG will hit its mark with them. If I experience problems with them, I will dump the brand althogether. I will make periodic updates. On another note, I recently upgraded to an IOS phone instead of Android and attempted to download the tone&talk app only to find out it is only for Android users. Are you serious? These headphones are selling like hotcakes and
