I bought my HBS 900 for mobility but every time I sweat when working out, The unit starts turning on and of. After it dries out for a day or two it works pretty good. Over all I feel it is a very good unit but that switch is a deal breaker. Sorry I bought it. I bought it for working out and can't use it for that.

I have had mines for a month now I am using it with my galaxy edge 6 plus .....and I am so upset all the money I spent for these and I have to have my cell phone in front of me like I am holding a micro just so my infinim hbs900 won't say trying to connect I can't walk two steps away from my phone without the Bluetooth completely losing service I am so upset I wouldn't recommend these to anyone

They worked great for a few months and suddenly began randomly turning itself off and then back on. This happens anytime I turn my head, move the left earpiece wire, or any sort of movement of the device. It's constant and I'm tired of hearing these things disconnect and reconnect every time I move.

A Very Nice Bluetooth Headset!

The best feature that this headset has over the others of similar design is the battery life for audio playback of ~10 hours, which happens to be the useful battery life of my tablet. With the two together, one can pull an all nighter propped up in bed watching streaming video or reading with music playing in the background. The unit recharges quickly--at least as quickly as the standard mobile phone--and with a combination of red and blue LEDs clearly indicates the progress of charging and when it is fully charged.The sound quality is good with a balance from treble to bass rather than a range with a hyped-up bass, but without the richness of studio-type headsets. As far as the construction goes, the design drapes around the user's neck and the ear buds pull out on thin, apparently strong, wires for insertion into the ears. The ear buds retract when the retract button on the inside of each arm are pushed. I suspect this part of the design would be the first point of failure since the wires appear to retract onto some type of spring-loaded spool inside each arm, which causes me to be gentle when pulling the ear buds out and retracting them. The wires are very thin, but appear quite strong. The size and placement of the various buttons is constrained by the size and shape of the device and requires memorizing their positions to operate them without having to remove the device from one's neck and searching out the desired button. The device pairs easily to other Bluetooth devices and connects easily after pairing. The Bluetooth range is right at the 30-foot specified distance, and reconnects automatically if one walks out of range then back in range. When connected to a mobile phone, the device operates as expected according to the Bluetooth specification when calls come in and are ended. Although I've had the product for only a week longer than a month, I'm so far very happy with it and the form factor for my normally indoor, sedentary and working around the house use. For my purposes, the around-the-neck design works the best of the currently available designs and allows a truly superior battery life.

Upgrading degrades performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I would upgrade to this nice looking model. I especially liked the retractable earbuds and they have lived up to that expectation. Unfortunately the product appears not to be compatible with iPhones. On my third pair, and every one, after a few months has an unusual tendency to randomly and with greater frequency disrupt a phone call. the first two sets tended to garble the conversation by slowing down the sound to an unrecognizable level. Now the third set just seems to stop sending and sometimes receiving sound.
