[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only had the headset for 6 days it stopped working today it wont charge or nothing when i got a call i was wondering why my bluetooth didnt vibrate so i checked for the blinking light there was no light so i put it on the charger when i came back there was no light and the charge side of the headset was burning hot i dont know what to do this is my 2nd headset my first lg headset did the samething has anybody else had this problem plz help

I love these bluetooth earbuds

These are the best Bluetooth earbuds I have tried. Others skip or loose connection; Not these! Plus the battery life is awesome. The retractable earbuds are so convenient. The ONLY thing I would change is to make the next model more water resistant.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst bluetooth headset I ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm using those this with my iPhone 6S for a last month and a half and it's a worst bluetooth headset I ever had:
- breaking up when I put them in pocket - never happened to any other headset
- The right earbud is not always working - I didn't do anything extreme with it. For now I can easily fix it by playing with the cord, but experience says that it won't help soon.
- Stupid disclaimer "the headset battery is on 85% now" or something like that - during the conference call... Why should I know about 85%?!
- Some strange sounds are heard when nothing happens - it's like I'm pressing some button. When I'm not touching anything... Happens every 5-10 seconds or so. During listening to a book. Need to turn the headphones on and off and it will stop.
- Pairing problems. Sometimes it's "paired" but not transferring calls to the bluetooth. Sometimes calls are working, but Skype is not working - need to turn headset on/off.
- when I call someone with headphones connected, default sound output is still phone speaker. I need to call a person, tell him/her to wait, switch to the headset and only then talk.
Very bad product in my experience. Avoid.

Best bluetooth ever

I have had at least 10 Bluetooths but the LG HBS-900 is the Best

You can't and shouldn't expect to much of these headphones, but for the price I would say their performance was acceptable. Sound quality left a little to be desired but the form factor definitely has a lot of benefits. If this is a product that could be useful to you, and you don't care about sound quality too much, then go ahead. If you want more information I great review i read on these was on a website called Next Door Neighbor Tech.

Awesome product, Great support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these in May 2015 and they have been great , good sound, great battery time. Then one day they would just randomly turn on and off, I called LG to get a replacement they sent me a label sent them in and just as they said it's a 7 day turn around could not be happier with this product and service. They've just earned a customer for life.

I really like my headset but...........

I was excited to get my Bluetooth headphones but I ran into a slight problem. These headphone needs a hard or sturdy carrying cases for people who store their headphones in purses, tote bags, or backpacks when not I use. The picture will show what can happen if you forgot their in your bag. At least with a hard storage case, I can protect them. This case should come standard consider the price for the headphone alone.

The speaker quality lacks bass. Music playback is very tinny. Could use two built-in external speakers on the arms to allow switching between earphones and neck speakers.
