Takes up to 10 or more seconds to stop skipping and finally play.
Drops connection easily.
Not very good range, I can't work next to my truck 10 feet away without taking my iPhone with me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife purchased these for me as a Christmas present and they stopped working within a month. When they did work the sound quality was ok, certainly not "exceptional" like some reviews have stated. Do your research as a lot of people have reported the same issue. The standard apple ear buds are superior. Also you will get interference from other devices from time to time which emits a lot of static.

Noise canceling has issues, problems with 2 phones

In the car the calling (noise cancellation) feature has trouble on the highway, Road noise is often too much to be understood. If you have 2 phones, work/personal, every morning you have to manually sync 1 of them, changes day to day which one, when you hang up, the other phone will often start playing music, as exciting as this can be..... the charging system and port could use some more thought, the ear bud retract seems like it will not hold up, an IOS management app would be nice, over all it is a good concept but still needs some polish.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pro: Audio qualities for both ear buds and mike are very good. Good reports on mike audio. Retractable ear buds are excellent for travel. Fits a large neck.
Con: Many of the switch's and controls are inside next to the neck. This may be problematic for those who have large necks as they may get filled with sun screen and sweat. No voice activated call answer. No firmware upgrade at this time.
