Almost my dream headset!

I have been a fan of LG's line of BT headsets going way back, but they were always aggravating me by getting caught in my long hair. Not any more!!! The retractors in this unit are amazing and keep the earbuds and wires out of my hair. The tradeoff is a stiffer frame, but that is not a negative to me. It just feels like a collar necklace and the gold makes it look like one. I get compliments all the time! The sound is crisp and clear and has a more 3 dimensional quality than the JBL unit has. The only downside for me is that I like more bass for music and the JBL actually does a little better in that department.

These headphones are very lightweight and comfortable to wear. The battery lasts forever! The cord retracts and Never gets tangled.

I had expected the HBS-900 too feel weird on my neck, but found I didn't even notice it! The ear buds were easy to use and could be adjusted to block out all noise or only some. Great for use with noise blocking earprotective head set when mowing the lawn without turning the sound up high! Also with lose fit it was possible to hear traffice while walking. Battery life is pretty good, but I have no ther experience to make a comparison! Highly recommend if you can afford the high price.

The retractable earbuds is what this apart. Other than that it's the same product which I like and have been using for years. I hope that the wires are more durable which has always been my main complaint. I also have problems with paring with my Mac Book Pro, it worked once, but now it can't get it to connect.

Love it! Sound Quality, Comfort... near perfection

First off, I'm a 70-year-old retiree. This headset is perfect for the times I want to listen to music, podcasts, radio... i.e. any audio program. I use it when I'm sitting and doing busy work; when I'm concentrating and just need soothing background music; when I'm moving around doing housework, gardening, working on projects, etc. It's perfect for the audio portion of online classes and seminars when I don't want to disturb my partner. All in all I love this headset.

First off I did have my pros & cons about these type of headsets , but as an owner of the the tone pro as well I will say these head sets are great. The HBS-900 takes it a step further with the retractable earbuds , they are sturdy strong and its sleek design. The sound quality is also great weather one ear or both , I use mine for talking while driving (hands free) and around batter lasts a bit longer in these compared to be pro but good overall (I have the black/red Verizon exclusive , which is the same just different color)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use, Don't get tangled in your shirt or jacket Best sound quality, It just does the job its supposed to the Best . This unit provides freedom of Movement and Awesome Music Experience!

good unit but after three units in my experience they shut off and will not power back up full power or not.
