Good features, poor sound

Great All Around!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these! They sound great and are very comfortable. I wear a collared dress shirt all day long and these feel great around my collar. The ear buds feel great! They do not hurt after long periods. Occasionally my inner ear itches by not painful. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the battery doesn't live up to my previous versions I have owned. I get a day or two out of a single charge. My older versions used to get me a week without charging. Other than that these are great. I do wish that most of the features that are available on Android would work properly with the iPhone. The app is ridiculous! It never works but you don't need it to use the headset.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use

Nice Headset

Light, comfortable and nice clear sound. I'm not one of those that lives with their phone 24/7 but when I've used it, I've been happy with the results

Great headset, even better customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My second LG headset (lost the first one). I really liked the first one, this one is better. Even more compact form factor, and the retractable ear buds is a great feature (look less like a dork when not on the phone). Often forget I have it on it's so compact.
Just past the 90 day warranty, the unit would no longer charge. Filled out the on-line form, submitted my receipt, printed out pre-paid FedEx label, sent it in and got a new headset, all in about 5 days. I travel a lot and getting it so quickly, with no hassles, is rare customer service these days. My next headset will be LG, I'm a customer for life. Great customer service is worth a lot to me, and LG has it

Great headphones. But now having power issues?

Great quality, battery, design etc. But recently they have been cutting off and on, if I retract the earbuds to quick or if I turn my head too fast. They turn off and on, just wondering if there was a warranty exchange I have on them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I reluctantly bought this product in January. I needed a wireless headset that didn't interfere with my glasses or hurt my ear. I still don't like the look around my neck or the feel it was hot in the summer and bulky in the winter, but it served the purpose. I was clear no one could hear my conversation but the people i was talking to complained of how loud the background noise was. They could hear everything. and i couldn't control that.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
