[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound and features were great. Down side, they started cracking and little pieces/chunks fell off at a time until they fell apart. UGH!!
Pros: Features/Settings, battery
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My father purchased recently LG wireless headphones for me and they stopped working in the mids of playing music. I’m a huge LG fan as I have also paid more than 5k on appliances and in only a few months of owning them they were unable to assist me. Required a receipt? So I’m out money and headphones. Poor customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set a year ago and the sound is still good. I put it around my neck one day and it snapped in half at the seam. Unfortunately it is out of the 1 year manufactures warranty but I would buy another one.

I have been using this model for. 3yrs I need a new one now my left cord stopped retracting and the right one has no sound. Wish it wasnt discontinued

Best Bluetooth i have ever owned

Had each set for 2-3 years. I am a tow truck protractor and I used these in the snow, rain and all kinds of inclimate weather. They never quit or shut off unless i shut them off! They never shut off in the cold either. Anything else I have tried do not compare. I wish I could still get them I would probably buy 10 - 20 sets.
