Good Headset, Great Headphones!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these for a week and I've put them through the ringer. Checked range and all the phone functions. Smartphones are great but a little heavy after a while. I don't get voice dropouts because I'm not handling the phone.
As headphones, they are terrific!!! I wish I had them as a sound tech way back when. I've listened to 20 hours of heavy metal, acid rock, Jersey Shore, Founders of Heavy Metal. The bass reproduction is amazing, treble is excellent up to distortion levels, and those are high. They're Harmon-Kardon, say no more!
Pros: Performance, Quality, easy to use

The product is great for listening to music, but.

If I were purchasing this item for music listening only it functions well. However with no documentation in the packaging and no manual (? realy) online.
For speaking on the phone the head set is of little use. With no noise cancelation, people hear as much of the background as they hear my side of the conversation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product failed after 8 months

I have enjoyed this product. The only issue is they stopped responding after 8 months. They stopped responding. They would charge but would not do anything else. Would not turn on, did not get the normal battery level at turn on. They were still covered under warranty so I was pleased about that. Lets see if the second pair last longer.

People complain of loud noises when using the mic

I do not believe the noise cancelling features are available or just do not work, as I use the headset to listen to audio, but also to call people.

My first bluetooth - works as expected

I've this about a month. Battery life is strong for using about 5 straight hours a day. Super durable, my toddler runs away with it and tries to destroy it at every turn.

A bit Fragile - Hope it was just a bad apple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had mine for just over a month and already the Left Earpiece has stopped working. There are no signs of physical damage or stress. I was worried upon purchase that the wires were extremely thin and looked fragile, though I thought the spring mechanism to retract the earbuds would fail first. They sound great and so far the mic seemed pretty responsive. Though any wind noise throws that out the window. This has been my experience with all bluetooth headsets regardless of claim so far. I have to give this 2 stars due to the quickness they failed. Depending on the replacement process I might bump that up a little, we'll see. But a headset should not be this fragile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was for my son and he really, really, REALLY enjoyed it until the left ear stopped working after about a month. Then, the right ear finally went out shortly afterwards.

Very Impressed....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this headset for more then 9 months. I am a landscaper and work 8-10 hrs day's and listen to them all day long. They see lot's of sweat, dust dust and more dust even out in the rain. I have never had one issue. I charge mine every night so they are ready to go the next day. I recommend the HBS-900 hands down over any other brand on bluetooth headset.
