Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase this about a month ago. You can not hear the person well neither can they. If I try to play music it is very faded even when the volume is high. Extremely disappointed.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product!!! Durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given an HBS-900 a few years ago. I have to say that these are the best ones I’ve used. They have been through the washer and dryer. My baby daughter snapped the left side off and I was able to reconnect the ribbon cable and put them back together with a piece of tape and they still work great. would love to know what the direct replacement for these are, as I may have to replace them at some point.

Lost sound in one bud after 1 month

I purchased these after reading good reviews but it did not end well. After about a month on general daily use, one of the earbuds lost sound and I ended up returning them. Got the Tone Pro instead and they seem to be working great. Please upgrade the cords on the next version.

HBS 900

It's been a great product till I lost sound in my Rt side ear bud. I have written to LG about it lets see how they will resolve it. As long as it worked it was a great product. Resolution will be posted once I know how they will deal with it. It's a relatively new device!

Great headset

I bought this to use to listen to stuff at work. I work late and alone so you need something to make the night go quickly. I have to maintain a professional appearance and these work great for that. I can wear them under the collar of my shirt and no one sees them. I just pull out the bud and I hear excellent sound. When I need to blend, I just pull it out of my ear and push the button and they again are totally invisible. These are much better than the original Tone design as they do not slide all around my neck and they have that great retractable earbud. I highly recommend!

These felt sturdier than my previous LGs & I Loved the idea of not having to place the buds back in the neck piece but if you use the earbuds regularly the snapping back in place and pulling them out that happens will apparently cause them to short out. Didn't use them everyday but often enough, and after only 4 months one ear bud has a very bad short, not allowing it to work without holding the wire just so which negates the purpose of hands-free. For the price I expected them to last much longer. Hopefully the other working bud KEEPS working or my HBS-900 will be worthless!!!

The HBS-900 quality is better that the HBS-730.
Best feature is the retractable ear piece.

Good Idea needs some modifications

Wish it came with a cable that you could plug it in if the device you are using is not bluetooth capable. I love that it is retractable. The retractable wires need to be just a little bit longer. The neck piece is a little big and it ends up turning sideways on my neck and if I lay down to do a bench press it almost falls off. Maybe an adapter for those of small necks.
