Mute poor design, no noise cancelling, nice buds

Got it today. First thing is mute feature almost requires two hands to turn on & off via simultaneous push of volume & FF-Rew buttons on opposite sides of headset. Really bad design choice! You can use one hand if your shirt collar is strong enough to hold the headset against you pushing both switches. Should have re-purposed the pause button or the FF-Rew alone to switch mute while on a call. Also, the headset has no noise cancellation feature on listening. This was a nice feature on the Ultra that I just handed down to my wife. The noise cancelling on the mic seems reasonable, although the mic does pick-up any background sound such that it easily competes with the person speaking. The retracting ear buds are so far working out very nicely. I guess that is why I bought this anyway ;-)

Malfunction Headset

I purchased this headset about a month ago, I'm very satisfied with the new design but recently its been acting up. I Charge it fully and then it doesn't want connect too my LG3, the blue light comes on in the off position and turns off in the on position. I've ordered a replacement set, ill be real careful with this one I've paid too much money for this product too lose out on.

HBS900 SO MUCH BETTER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the LG Tone Infinim HBS 900- 5/22/2015..as of the week of 4/16/16, it no longer holds calls. HBS900 cuts off in the middle of a conversation, eventhough it has a full charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had three LG Bluetooth headsets and aside from one of them I've never had a reliability issue with any of them. I'm a UPS driver so all my headsets go through some pretty rigorous beatings. All in all I find most of LG products Reliable.
My first pair were the LG 750 and right off the bat when switching to the LG 900 I noticed the bass wasn't as strong as my 750s, but overall they still deliver a pleasant sound.

My main gripe and main Issue with the LGs that continues to be a problem as a UPS driver they pick up every noise under the sun. Hence, as a pair of headphones I think they are great, but if you're looking for exceptional call quality for the person who will be listening to you.... Try elsewhere if you'll be in a loud environment for some time.

Great Headset! But............

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this headset for the sound and portability, but this is the second time I bought this exact unit. First unit the left side went completely dead. I bought a second unit thinking that I was too rough on the first one. My second unit just had the left side fail again. I am now convinced it is a manufacturer flaw. I can't afford to keep re-buying this thing knowing it will ultimately fail.
