Good but the connection jiggles

It grasps the phone and releases nicely, but the connection to the vent is not great and it jiggles some while driving. It also, as you might suspect, heats up the phone when you have the heat on, so be forewarned.

Customer care support @ Milpitas store are totally horrible. They don't know how to speak to customers.
This product is total waste piece and I had to return it.
When returned after 3 weeks as I didn't get a chance to go to store, they didn't refund my money saying I'm not being shown as member in the system
I don't understand what kind system you have.

Usually the accessories that Best Buy sells are awful. This one actually works very nicely with my iPhone 4. Very sturdy and easy on and off.

the fact that this attaches to the vent makes it extremely awesome. can move and transfer to other vehicles with little problem. holds almost anything.

It's too unstable on my car vents; the design could use much improvement. not worth more than the current price.
I will see if i can return before my 30-day period expires.
What's great about it: Cheap price!
What's not so great: It doesn't mount well on my vents!

This was my first purchase. This was a mistake. I was looking for a suction, but this type of mount didn't work for my car. Where it mounted, was not ideal level for viewing the phone--it happened to be too low and would have been accident prone because I would have my eyes far from the road. This may be a good fit for someone else with the right car. It just happened to not be the right fit for me. So it isn't that I wouldn't recommend this to a friend--it just may be the right fit.

What's not so great: not content with the way it mounts, too far below eye level
