Quality Issues

We purchased this refrigerator 3 years ago. The ice maker failed when in warranty. It failed again months later. It failed again months later and caused the control board, fan, and several other components to fail. It failed again months later and was finally deemed unrepairable due to a fault in the cooling distribution system.
It seems clear that this issue existing since the refrigerator was delivered.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I didn't even know I could use all the features on this refrigerator! I love the way it is laid out, I love the exceptional look, space usage, and two ice makers! The freezer drawer is a new feature for me. I would like to have one more divider in the freezer to help organize things. This refrigerator is a very classy, up to date. I love it!

Door seals are weak

Design of the door is flawed. when you open & close the door the middle panel has to be adjusted every time or it will leave a gap. Poor door seal for freezer. Frost frost frost. i will not buy this again
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, bad design in door closure, bad seal on freezer leaks

Nice new upgrade!

We had an oldy go out on us, and we knew we needed to make the necessary big leaps to upgrade to a bigger, better fridge. We knew we wanted the look of stainless, wished they actually made a version in clean-steel or the look alike since stainless is such a pain to clean, but knew that going into it. We love the space (although doors lack for lots of condiments) but it has plenty of space in the fridge itself. Love the slide out deli drawer, love my climate controlled crispers! We had our water on a RO system, so we can't use the water filter for the ice/water maker or the water doesn't end up coming out fast enough. Our water does tend to drip occasionally after you fill up a cup, but I just wipe it up when I walk by. Love the freezer space and drawer, easy to use, and separate things. The fridge is VERY quiet. Love the LED lighting, and the design of it. Overall we are very happy. Kid-friendly buttons including the child-lock :)
Pros: nice quality shelving, lots of space, bright and clean design

While the features are great, I have had numerous service calls for this unit. Do yourself a favor and get the extended warranty. Ice buildup is the major problem; ice maker also died. Rust stains in the refrigerator due to metal screws that are not stainless steel. I would not buy again.

This is a beautiful refrigerator with a lot of options and features. The LCD light is a great feature that allows you to see everything clearly. Shelving is movable to allow for your personal settings. The chill feature in the large bottom drawer is wonderful for storing lunch meats and cheeses.
The only negative is the doors can be difficult to close. A normal push doesn't close them. I know this will improve as I get used to it. Thank goodness for the door alarm!

My wife and I purchased this refrigerator when we moved in to our first house.. we have had this refrigerator for over two years and absolutely love it. Love the freezer compartment. Holds a lot of groceries. The only thing that we noticed it that the ice in the icebox gets jammed if we don't clean it out every 2-3 months or so.. We don't consider a defect since we don't use a lot of ice... We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice looking, reliable and funcional refrigerator...
