Delivered just today.

Had it delivered today and it's looking good. It was the only fridge the local retailer had that would fit in our RV trailer and it seems to be of the highest quality. It's 25% larger then the one it replaced but has just a 1.1 amp draw versus the 5.6 amp draw of the previous fridge. It's also powerful as it cooled the fridge down from 80F to 34F in under 2 hours and the freezer section will hit it's mark of -2F in under 3.
Pros: low power consumption
I would recommend this to a friend!

Frozen

i've had this fridge maybe 5 years now, first year or so, the lower drawers filled with water. after that i've had to unplug and thaw the fridge few times a year. twice i've also had to also thaw the freezer due to a frozen ice maker line. i've tried the copper wire hack on the defroster in the drain hole with no success, perhaps defroster is completely dead now)

Junk. Poorly engineered.

Bought this is 2020 and after a year, it was a nightmare. The defrost system constantly freezes so fridge will get too warm and the freezer too cold. We repeatedly replaced parts and finally we’re throwing it out and replacing it with anything other than a Samsung.

Poor design - disappointed in this product

We bought this refrigerator a little over a year ago and started having problems with it less than a year after we bought it. It always has frost in the freezer, and we do not have it set at an unreasonably cold temp. Additionally, for the last few months, we have been getting water in the crisper drawers in the refrigerator. My husband took the back off of the inside and found that the tube to drain the water is frozen because the metal tab from the heating element is very small. Looks to be a flaw in this design and we are so disappointed that we bought this. We truly will never buy a Samsung refrigerator again as the one we replaced was also Samsung (6 years old). We should not be having problems after only a year, especially considering how much these items cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
