I have had my Samsung 5 years and have replaced the ice maker twice. I like the bottom freezer feature with ice maker but ice maker tends to break due to cord getting hit underneath and disconnecting ice maker causing it to break. Fortunately I had an extended warranty and I highly recommend it. Just had the fan go out on me. They are quite pricey to fix. Samsung hasn't been in the appliance industry as long as the electronics, so they haven't got all the kinks out of their appliances yet. I do like their design very much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It fits in our home perfectly. I like the gallon size shelves and the space inside. I think that the use of space in this fridge is better than some of the other french door bottom freezers I have seen. I would buy it again if I had to do it over.

It is a good product my experience with my.other appliances I knew it would be great too. If I need an other appliance in the future I will be looking at Samsung first. For price and how well it works.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: we'd more freezer space

French Door Fridge

It's a beautiful fridge. looks very elegant and now I feel as if I need to purchase a stove and microwave vent hood to match!! Works very well installed it and plugged it in and it cooled very quickly. Has a lot of space and I feel like it was well worth the investment.
