Love the look and feel but just dont work right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] had a problem with it freezing up and the water would build up in one of the drawers from it . the temp also does not go to the 34 degrees

Sleek look poor quality

less than 1 yr that i bought this im already having problem! the freezer pifht went out, i cant find help with product number to replace the light. always have problem with the icemaker! if its working then it doesnt stop making ice and if i turn off the icemaker and turn it back on after couple days then it will not work for awhile. also for some reason the water keeps draining in the refrigerator drawer and icing over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never again! shortly after purchase, fridge was leaking water into veggie drawers and underneath them. sometimes there's literally a gallon or more in a drawer! i am unable to get anyone to work on this refrigerator and told it will keep reoccurring. spend your money elsewhere!

My husband has major back issues and the design makes it easier for him to access what he is looking for. We are soo happy!!!

Here's that awful noise just after one year just like people said in the reviews. I can hear it all through my house. Very disappointing. I'm distraught after spending so much since I've had over 15 year old fridges that NEVER have sounded like this. I had bought a oven and have issue woth it also.

A refrigerator is never completely quiet, even when it's new. New fridges may be louder as they settle into place. Still, noises from your ice maker or the compressor should never get so loud that it's interrupting a conversation. Please check the resources below for more information.

Water condenses and collects in crisper drawers, submerging all contents in 2 to 3 inches of water.
Refrigerator is set at 34 degrees and oscillates between 31 to 49 degrees. Food spoils fast.
This product should be recalled for food safety reasons.
This company should not have to send internet links to concerned customers for these kind of problems (read previous review and company responses for similar water pooling issues, as well as loud noises).
We have other Samsung appliances, which our new home came with, (perhaps because of deep discounts for home builders?), but in hindsight, we would rather have bought our home without any of these Samsung appliances, as they all have inconvenient quirks or design flaws (the dishwasher beeps from the slightest touch,—if you are leaning against the counter where it is installed, the stove is very difficult to clean, the insulating gasket for the oven does not completely seal at the top, the timer and bake settings on the stove & oven are not logical in functionality).
We’re buying a new fridge soon, and can’t wait to get rid of this abomination. The stove & oven will be replaced next.
