Horrible Wash Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate this wash machine. It spends more time on UE than it does washing. It can take hours to wash one load. It will keep adding water, over and over, to try to fix the balance of the clothes, when it needs to spin. You are not able to wash a small load. If you fill it full, so it will spin properly, the clothes are not as clean. Terrible product. Do not waste your money. I would like to throw mine out the door.

Very Disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for less than a year and it does not work as expected. I bought this after reading the other comments and now wonder if we are talking about the same machine. UE is a constant on this machine. Hours to do a single load. It seems like the software to run the washer is poorly constructed or something, though it does seem to have the same problems every day. It is just not what I wanted in a washing machine. Never will buy LG again. Quality, ease of use, performance all poor in my book.

Worst machine ever!!

I replaced a front loader with this machine. The sales person recommended this washer and the fact that there is no agitator for clothes to get tangled on. Well, I have to babysit every load of laundry!!! It doesn’t matter how big or small the load. It always goes ‘uneven’ and the machine continues to refill with water attempting to even the load, which doesn’t work!!! So I have to reposition the wet clothes and wait by the washer to make sure that it works. It is a waste of time! Never again will I buy an LG washer! Their engineers blew it on this model!

Do Not Buy

This washer is a piece of junk. Control board goes bad, balancing rods don’t last long. Don’t waste your money unless you want to replace it in 2 years.

Don’t waste your money

I hate this washer. It continues to become unbalanced. I am forced to do very small loads however it continues to become unbalanced. BUYERS BEWARE!!

I have had this wash machine 8 years. I live on a ranch and what I have foundIs that it does not get my clothes clean period if your clothes are not dirty, it works great .I will change to a wash machine that has an agitator.
