This product does not meet expectations

We purchased this product in June 2013, We have tried to work with this machine for 3 months and no matter what we did, the clothes never came out CLEAN. They come out dirty and dingy. I will never buy this product again.

This product has many faults

I would expect an HE machine to be an improvement over the old agitator type machine, but it is not. The cycles take forever. The clothes are dingy and appear to not be clean, and they do not feel rinsed even when using the extra rinse cycle. When using bleach on color safe towels, the towels end up with orange bleach spots and damaged fabric. I believe this is a result of not enough water in the wash cycle. Consequently, the bleach is going directly on the towel instead of in the water. I never had this problem with my old machine. Also, I was able to wash non-skid backed rugs in my old machine, which is not recommended in this machine. It is almost impossilbe to find a rug that is not backed. In some cases progress is not really progress. This is one of them. I wish I had never purchased this HE machine.

Can't dye clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I washed whites with a hidden red piece of clothing. To take out the pink, I needed to fill the washer halfway with hot water, pour in the Rit dye remover and add clothes. It wouldn't fill without clothes and wouldn't run with the lid open. You can't do anything other than wash clothes. Disappointing.

The best washer I have ever owned

This washer is great. It washes every size load..from the smallest to my queen comforter with just the right amount of water and agitation. I even washed my son's family clothing just to give it a good workout. The only complaint I have is that I am too short to reach all the way to the bottom for that one last sock!! It's quiet, fast, and a work horse...all I need in a washing machine.

The best washer we have ever owned!

This washer is without a doubt the best washer my wife and I have ever owned. Not only is it very quiet and efficient, It has cut down on our drying time by spinning the water out so well. We bought this site unseen based on a consumer review. We have not been disappointed. I highly recommend this washer.

Some of the features are annoying

Positive: Huge. and does all the work for you pretty much. Quite Quiet. When you wash the small load like you just need to wash a blankets its REALLY easy to get unbalanced. the machine will try to to balance it with water and adds more time, so its best if you the one who balance it. its just annoying that its keeps doing that pretty much the entire wash you have to keep balance it unless you want the machine keep tries to balance it for you and you will ended up with 2 hrs wash. and you can't choose the HOT water unless you choose "White" its gets really annoying, cause I usually only use the speed wash which only 35min, the whites will take abt 1hr20 min.

When I read the reviews I was concerned about the load balancing and the 1st time I used it, it seemed that it took a very long time to balance the load and start, but then I started taking a little time when I loaded the washer to spread the clothes around and have none in the center instead of just dropping them in and it takes no time to balance and start and it is only a few seconds of my time. Love the machine and the clothes are so much cleaner. The wash time is longer then my old washer but the results are more then worth that additional time it takes and clothes are almost dry when the washer is done

This is an excellent machine, quiet, efficient and does the job. My only complain would be that it can take a long time to wash under certain conditions but I have been using the speed wash cycle on all loads and it works just as well in half the time. Still getting use to all the features and gizmo's but overall I am very pleased. We shall see if it last as long as our Kenmore 14yrs but as of this writing I am very very pleased also it was a consumer report highest rated machine, thus the reason I purchased it.
