[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After only a year and a half (warranty ran out 6 months ago) we are replacing the main control panel. If the repair was going to give us back an excellent washing machine that got our clothes clean, it would be worth it (almost). But, THIS MACHINE WILL NOT CLEAN YOUR CLOTHES. Water level is never high enough to cover the clothes and the agitation is a JOKE. No matter the size of the load, it sounds as if it were coming through the wall during the spin cycle. The cycles are so long, getting several loads done in a day is next to impossible. In summary, it has not been reliable and it does not clean our clothes. That makes it the worst washer purchase we have ever made, and we have made a few.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would have liked steam clean

One of the only reasons not all 5's is that I really would have like to have the steam clean, but for what I could afford I thougt this was the next best thing. Only issue I have had is that the balance went off with bedding a lot so it took a long time to get that done

This washer is enormous

Haven't had this washer long but so far really like it. You can put a large amount of clothes in it which counts down on the number of loads you have to do. The drum inside is so deep I had to buy a small step stool to reach the bottom. I would recommend this washer for large families.

This is the first washer I now use. I never did wash before until we bought this washer. We had a 12 year old washer and dryer with the dials that I never understood. This is simple to use and does a great job of cleaning.

Product is very quiet. Washes good but need to add extra rinse to some types of clothes. Good news is they spin to almost dry. Dry time is minimal. Great so far
