I purchased this washing machine for my elderly mother who wanted to wash some large items, when it arrived and after setting it up, I thought it would be difficult for my Mother to use, but after reading and hands on, I found it very simple and easy to use and so did my Mother, now she can save soap, energy, and water and not have to worry about going to a strange laundry mat to wash her large items.

Love the LG washer - large tub, no agitator, easy to operate and produces very clean clothes and they are dryer than past machines (ready for short run in dryer).
Got rid of a 3 yr old front loader (supposed to have been better, it was not) and went with sleek LG washer - we will never go with anything else - searching is over. If we ever need a new washer, LG will be the one.

Cleans clothes efficiently and quietly. Had another brand's top of the line machine that from day one was problematic. Had it just over 5 year. That was bought after having another washer for over 16 years. My experience with LG is quality products that last for many years.

We've had this washer for about a month and I'm still amazed at how quiet it is. Plus it spins alot of water out of the clothes which makes the dryer work even more efficiently. I would highly recommend this product.

The features are easy to use. The amount of water is minimal with excellent results. I can get a very large load in the washer and when the clothes come out of the washer, the spin cycle practically dries them.

This is my first HE washer and I have had it for a little over a month. I read the directions carefully, multiple times because I heard some users had problems with HE machines. I followed the instructions carefully and I have really enjoyed using this machine. It gets the clothes and bedding clean, it isn't very loud and it uses less water. I have washed bedding, blankets, bathroom carpets and jackets, and of course regular clothes, with no problems. The trick is to load heavier items on the bottom, don't fill it more than 2/3's full and spread clothing evenly around the drum. I highly recommend this product.
