Love how easy it is to use

I was unsure if I would like the controls in the front, but I love how easy it is to use and make changes in the cycles. Speed wash is really nice for those clothes that are not that dirty. The clothes come out hardly wet which decreases the drying time. we washed one set of king sized sheets and two sets of double with room to spare. 11 pairs of jeans in one load. the machine is quiet and there is no vibration. I also like the option of venting the lid when not in use.

I love the product. I do less laundry weekly because the tub is so large. It cleans really well and has so many great features. The front controls are so convenient, no more reaching.

No matter how careful you are to load the machine it still will become unbalanced at times. I think the wave motion shifts the clothes and then unbalances the machine. You have to monitor it carefully. The soap dispenser should have a max fill line; the detergent bottles are worthless in determining how much to use. It takes a bit of time to relearn how to do laundry but the machine is fabulous. The clothes come out virutually dry!

at age 70 I have owned many washers over the years and this lg washer is by far the easiest to use and the best washer I have ever owned. the clothes are clean, not tied up in knots, and not torn or strained. at first the controls take a little getting used to but once that is mastered it is a breeze. I love the front controls and the digital touch feature. I would highly recommend this washer to anyone and every one. a wonderful product.

SERVICE E6 Error

We had a E6 error which is a clutch problem that can be caused by coins, check the machine (no coins) with the washing machine and now we're having issues with getting service to come to our area. Been 5 days and still no word on a service date. We didn't spend this kind money on a new washer to have to go to the laundry mat. The machine was great until now. Its been less than 2 months old. Very disappointed. Be sure of your area for service.

Balancing problems

This washer we've had for less than 4 years and have had a lot of problems... Even after replacing the suspension system it has much difficulty balancing loads and seems to use a lot of unnecessary water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this machine. Bigger loads means able to finish washing for 3 people in 4 hours. So those weeks when bedding also needs to be done it doesn't take forever. Love the signal is a tune instead of a beep. Machine is quiet. Clothes get clean no matter how large the load.
