Space Age Machine!

I must admit I was a little intimidated by all the cycles on this machine at first glance but after I sat down and read the directions I found it pretty easy. I enjoy watching it go through the wash cycle. The wave technology is amazing and I love the quietness of the machine. It also does a great job cleaning and the ultra big capacity of the tub keeps me from having to do so many loads. No complaints!

I love this washer, but a work of advise to folks that are 5'4, my washer is on a flat surface and I need a step stool to get things like socks out of the washer. I stiil love this washer my clothes come out very clean, the a amount of money I save of detergent alone make this a perfectly priced wahser. The customer service is fantastc. My washer wouldn't power on so I couldn't use the phone diagnostic option that comes on the washer. called customer service and gentleman told me to hit two buttons and I was up and running. Great product

I had no idea LG made washing machines. We have had several LG electronics and when our washer went out we started to research top rated washers. To our surprise LG had the top rated machines. When we went to purchase in store, the sales rep said 'oh you want the Cadillac of machines'. I have to say, we are very pleased, the only down side we are unable to wash our winter coats or anything that does not absorb water. So will need to make the trip to the laundry mat on occasion to take care of these few items. However, this is not a deal breaker when purchasing the machine. Highly recommend machine.

I had an old set for about 28 yrs and needed a new set so went shopping and found this LG set and love all the characteristics with the new set. Very quiet, cleans well, love the stainless steel drum and has cut our water bill in half.

After my last washer lasted only 3 years, I really did my research before purchasing this time. I was attracted to this washer by the positive user reviews and after using it for a month, have not been disappointed. I wanted high efficiency but didn't have room for a front loader. I've read a lot about top loaders and some people seemed to have issues with their clothes not getting clean/wet. I always add the extra rinse cycle and have not had any issues with this. I love that the washer tells me how long it will take, great for planning. It is spacious, I swear I only do half the amount of loads I used to. Love this! The high speed spin gets so much water out of clothing it feels almost dry. The delicate cycle leaves a lot of water but I will trade this for a gentler wash. I use tons less detergent than I did before (worth it alone in any extra cost). The only think I'm not in love with is the bin is pretty squeaky when it is washing my clothes. Also I did a few larger items and even though I used the bulky setting, I still had problems with the load getting uneven and having to rebalance. I would never throw a comforter in and leave the house, I feel like I need to watch it. To summarize I would definitely recommend this washer especially with the affordable price tag. I really hope it lasts and provides me years of trouble free ownership!

Had this for over 3 months and it has worked like a charm. Cleans very well and is a very quiet machine. Only thing it can improve on is the speed of washes.

I have had my washer for 3 months and I am amazed at the capacity, quiet operations and cleanliness! I went in to purchase a front loading machine and the sales clerk said I should take a look at this model since I wanted a large capacity machine. Grateful that she recommended this model.
