I have several LG products, including a Smart TV and a refrigerator. This washer is the third product. It has all the bells and whistles you could want. I love the fact it gets the clothes so clean. My only problem is when I wash sheets and towels it always needs to be rearranged to let it spin properly. That may be my fault, I don't know.

We bought this washer & dryer set a couple months ago & we couldn't be any happier with our decision. The washer is super quite as far as washers go & the dryer is quiet as well. Both units are user friendly & extremely easy to figure out. The front panel controls are awesome too! The price is right especially for top quality products & will be very hard to beat. We strongly recommend this LG washer & dryer set.

spacious dryer

This dryer is very huge compare to the front loader models and it takes less time to dry also. It's not the most stylish design of most dryers but it gets the job done very well.

Bought this washer to replace my old washer which had worked well for 14 years, until the motor failed. Opted to buy a new washer, looking for more efficiency to lower water and electric costs, and found great reviews for the LG. Was a little hesitant due to somewhat mixed reviews of high efficiency (HE) washers in general, and questioning how well a top-loading washer could clean without an agitator. But after reading many reviews online and many Youtube videos, we decided to give this LG top-loader a try and are glad we did. Washing a load takes a lot longer than my old agitator, but there is no doubt is cleans very well and does so with much less water wasted. The many features are also a big plus, and I find myself using the different cycle options. Overall, we are very pleased with this purchase and hope to continue to get great performance out of the washer for years to come.

Good and bad

I had a front loader before this washer. I found it to be quieter and the clothes came out drier prior to putting them in the dryer. Also, with delicates a second spin cycle is a must.

Love, love,love this machine. I used to think doing the wash was a chore, now I can't wait to do laundry. I should have done this long ago. Also so quiet compared to my old machine, I can hardly hear it.

We had to find a washer quick when our old one suddenly died. We compared different brands and ultimately decided on this one. Our favorite features are: that it uses less water and it tells you exactly how many minutes the load takes to wash. We also love the musical notes when you turn the power on and when the load is finished. We love that the top handle is handicap accessible.
