Wonderful options for a variety of materials, soil levels, temperatures, extra rinse cycle, etc. Capacity is exceptional for bulky items. Agitation is only fair for heavily soiled items.
Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings
I would recommend this to a friend!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS WASHER!!!!!!

This is one of the best washers I have ever owned. It's quiet, can handle all load sizes and is easy to operate. The one thing that I would change on this is the "all done signal". My old washers had a loud beeping noise that could be heard from anywhere in the house. This machine is so quiet that I have to make several trips downstairs to see if it is done - would love to have a louder signal.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this product July 2013 and IT DOES NOT CLEAN efficiently, my clothes are still dirty after the wash; I went to the store where I purchased to complain and the sales clerk advised they have received numerous complaints regarding the HE washers leaving clothes unclean.
Pros: Performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this washer/dryer about a month ago. so far no issues. The washer does take about an hr to wash clothes but the dryer only takes about 30min. Clothes come out clean. This washer can wash a huge amount of clothes. Great product
Pros: easy to use, Quality

I never thought I could love a washer but this washer exceeded all my expectations. The spin cycle is so good it has cut the dryer time in half. What a savings!

The washer leaves a residue of some type on the dark clothes, Sometimes have to wash 2-3 times to get it out. I have cleaned the tub 3 times.

wrinkles
on September 23, 2014

Two months ago while visiting with my family my sister-in law was lamenting to us the nightmare she was experiencing with wrinkles to her clothes from her new washer and dryer. A month later we purchased a new washer and dryer. This past sunday I was the one getting emotional concerning how horribly wrinkled my clothes were no matter what I did with my new washer and dryer. My sister inlaw said "you didn't get and LG did you!" Unfortunately I had not ask her what kind she had, and now understand her disappointment. I bought a new iron and board.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Deep tub

I really like the deep tub, but I am average height, anyone shorter would need a stepstool. I am using the "medium" setting for the spin cycle due to the issues with balance. I am happy with the washer so far. My last TWO washers had to be replace due to the Motherboards, I fear the fact of leaning over the settings to retrieve the clothes into the deep tub, would have some effect down the road with the Motherboard. I wish I would have considered that before I made the purchase, I just liked it because it was different. Also, some of the settings are very hard to read without glasses. My favorite feature is the lid, it has a special feature to be ajared to air out the tub when not in use.
