The energy efficient options exceeded my expectations. There are more than a few settings that you can choose from and still save on energy which means saving money. LG has out performed any washer/dryer brand I've used in the past and I would highly recommend this product. It is easy to use with smart features like smart phone sync for any troubleshooting as well as a notification song to let you know when the load is done. I am super pleased that we went with LG.

My wife and I purchased this washer and we fell in love with it from the moment we used it. It gets the clothes clean and is so quiet you sometimes forget that it is running. I would recommend this washer to anyone. It looks new age and fun and it does a great job.

I have not had a new washer/dryer in many many years. This is my first one without dials! It is fun to have so many settings to choose from.
The only issue I have found in the month since I got the washer is that I am too short to reach the bottom of the tub. (I am 5' 1") I bought a small step stool to use, though. ok, you can stop laughing now!

I bought this to replace a smelly, annoying front loader that went bad on me, and I've never looked back. This is my first experience with LG, and I am very pleased. This washer, in a nutshell, is huge, has tons of features, easy to use, quiet, and works very well. You are in the drivers seat if you wish; you can customize cycle and temp, etc. and the washer senses the load size automatically. It even sings you a song when the cycle is through. The only drawback, if you can call it that, is that the drum is so big it may be hard for shorter people to fish that sock out of the bottom without a step stool.

this is so quite, clothes come out clean the only bad thing is the wrinkles you have to shake your clothes before putting them in the dryer.I love the little melody it plays better than the beep.

I was a little worried at first that the clothes weren't going to come clean. Now I love it and the smaller amounts of water it uses. I love the fact if I want to wash cleaning rags alone in the washer I don't have to change the setting for small load it does it all by itself. I also like the fact you hear a tune not a buzzer great washer
