I've had this washer (and the dryer) for a little over a month. So far, I have no complaints. I actually love it. I am 5' 4" tall. It has such a deep tub, I tip toe to reach the bottom, luckily the tub turns super easy. It holds a lot. You can put so much in this washer. I don't have to do as many loads now, which frees up more time for me. And having the controls on the front is great. I would recommend this washer (and dryer) to any family member or friend.

I LOVE THIS WASHER. IT IS THE MOST UNIQUE APPLIANCE I HAVE EVER SEEN. IT USES LESS WATER, CLEANS EXCELLENTLY, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

After 3 years using a German washer, I cannot get over how huge this washer is. My 8yr old cannot help unload as she is too small to reach all the way done. I have to wait several days to accumulate enough clothes to fill it. I love that in an hour I can get a large amount of clothes washed and dried and be done for a few days!

Enjoying new washer but wrinkles are a problem. Also the small amount of water in wash cycle is a concern? Does this really get clothes clean.
Tub is too deep.
