Variety of cycles and uses less water

We like the various cycle options and the fact that it requires much less water than our prior washer. We have had some problems with the computer controls and will need a technician to look at it again.

It's quiet, has lots of load features, cleans well, and looks fancy too!! It actually makes doing laundry enjoyable...never thought I'd say that.

This washer is huge inside! Love the easy to reach front controls. Could have a few more features but has plenty so can't really complain. For the price this washer is as good (better) than a front loader!

Love this Direct Drive Top Load Wash Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a few models of wash machines but non compare to this LG WT1201CW with the Direct Drive. It has easy load with all the control push electronic buttons at your front top panel. Easy soap and rinse cup dispenser pull out. The lid has glass which is nice for allowing you to view your cycles. When my clothes come out of the cycles they come out of the spin cycle they are amazing. I cannot say enough about this unit because I have been extremely happy with it. In fact I have been so impressed with the quality of this washer that I have gone out to purchase other products LG has for the home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] But after having to replace the Motor and clutch assembly, spending hours trying to balance loads so it does not get repetitive un-blanced faults I have had it. Does not matter it is a big load or a small load. I had 9-10 loads fault in the past 5 days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
